Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. This page explains our position plainly.
We do not sell or share your personal information
We do not sell personal information for money or other value, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. Information you submit through our quote form is used to respond to you and to carry out work if you engage us. It is not passed to data brokers, lead resellers or advertising networks.
Submitting a request anyway
Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing for an opt out to switch off. We will still accept, record and confirm any request you submit, because you should not have to take our word for it. Email info@benitezcontractors.com with the subject line "CCPA opt out request" or call (714) 400-2204.
Other rights you can exercise here
The same contact details can be used to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of anything inaccurate, or to request deletion. We will verify your identity before acting, which normally means confirming details you previously submitted to us. We do not charge for these requests and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for written permission signed by you, and we may still contact you directly to confirm the request is genuine.
