Disclosures
These are the things we think a reader is entitled to know about how this website is put together and how our business operates. We would rather state them plainly than bury them.
Cost figures on this site
All prices and ranges published here are planning estimates for Orange County, California based on typical 2026 conditions. They are not quotes and they are not binding. Actual pricing depends on site conditions, selections and city requirements that only a walkthrough reveals. We publish ranges rather than single numbers specifically to avoid implying a precision that does not exist.
Photography on this site
Some images on this site are currently licensed stock photography used to illustrate a service or page topic while our own project photography is being prepared. They are not represented as completed Benitez Contractors projects. Where an image shows one of our projects, the page says so.
Ratings and review counts
We do not publish a star rating, a review count or a total project count anywhere on this site, because we will not publish a proof figure we have not verified. When those numbers are verified against the source platform, they will appear here with the date they were checked.
Subcontractors and trade partners
Like every general contractor, we perform some work with our own crews and some through specialist trade partners such as licensed electricians, plumbers and structural engineers. We remain your single point of contact and responsibility either way, and we tell you during the proposal stage which parts of your scope will be performed by whom.
Affiliate and referral relationships
We do not run advertising on this site, we do not accept payment for editorial placement, and no link on this site earns us a commission. Where we name a product, standard or manufacturer, it is because it is relevant to the work described.
Regulatory content and currency
The permitting, code and California statute information on this site was researched at the time of writing and is described qualitatively wherever we could not verify a specific figure. Rules change. Confirm anything that affects your decision directly with your city building department or the relevant agency.
